My Approach
Therapy with Jayeon can help you navigate the challenges with greater agency, so you can make the most of your precious time. Her treatment is a thoughtful integration and combination of gestalt, somatic, psychodynamics (depth work), internal family systems (parts work), and CBT/DBT techniques. Her work is trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and deeply relational. Jayeon keeps her practice up to date with the latest research and discoveries.
