My Approach
I believe in creating a space where you feel deeply seen, understood, and supported that feel most fulfilling to you. My approach is direct and compassionate, balancing thoughtful analysis with emotional attunement to foster genuine inner growth. Together, we'll navigate both introspective moments, alongside light-hearted moments, encouraging deep self-exploration with warmth and respect. My mantra is "This too shall pass" - not to dismiss pain, but to find groundedness within it, all the while acknowledging that pain and grief are intrinsic to the journey of life. We'll work together to uncover insights and build resilience, honoring your unique path towards healing, growth, and self-integration.
