Sarah has nearly half a decade of experience treating adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families, particularly in the AAPI and BIPOC communities. Sarah is direct, intuitive, and humorous and embodies both a compassionate and analytical approach to help each client foster a refined understanding of their more integrated self toward a place of deeper fulfillment and peace. My Approach

I believe in creating a space where you feel deeply seen, understood, and supported that feel most fulfilling to you. My approach is direct and compassionate, balancing thoughtful analysis with emotional attunement to foster genuine inner growth. Together, we'll navigate both introspective moments, alongside light-hearted moments, encouraging deep self-exploration with warmth and respect. My mantra is "This too shall pass" - not to dismiss pain, but to find groundedness within it, all the while acknowledging that pain and grief are intrinsic to the journey of life. We'll work together to uncover insights and build resilience, honoring your unique path towards healing, growth, and self-integration.
