My Approach
I offer a warm and affirming space where we will center your feelings, wants, and needs. We will contextualize your experiences within your upbringing, family system, communities, roles, environments, media, and cultural norms. We will explore your current and past struggles with nonjudgement and curiosity, while also giving room for celebration and joy. You deserve a space to be as you are - all the iterations, versions, and parts of you - and I'd be honored to be a part of your journey.
