My Approach
Life brings various challenges. While it can be difficult and scary to confront them, I believe that people are capable of tremendous resiliency that will allow them to grow and overcome the midst of challenges. When feeling lost or stuck, the self is often the starting place to heal. Once we understand ourselves, we begin to understand what we need, what we want, where to go, and what we can change. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves so they can make intentional and meaningful choices, which will ultimately lead them to a more fulfilling life and peace within themselves. I would be honored to support you through your journey.
