Biography

As a certified Restoration Therapist, I am passionate about exploring clients' family dynamics and childhood impacting their sense of self and others. I believe everyone deserves a voice and a safe space to process one's journey. My clinical approach is collaborative work between therapist and client where we explore barriers and coping skills in a respectful and non-judgmental way towards healing and restoration. My mission is to restore relationships within oneself and others to heal and reclaim clients' own lives.

My Approach

I use various therapy models (CBT, Contextual Family, Restoration Therapy) to create a safe space and build a rapport with clients. I accept clients as they are and meet them where they are. I help clients see "blind spots" and gain self-agency to live out to their full potential.
