My Approach

I believe that most people just need a safe space to explore what is at the root of their struggles in order to begin experiencing the relief and transformation they desire to see. I aim to partner with those who are hoping to dig deep and examine what is keeping them stuck or in pain in order to find ways to move through it to find change and healing. After gaining this change, I then work with people to know how to maintain the changes they want to keep.
