Biography

Hane is a Korean-Brazillian AMFT who has graduated with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Hane believes every single person has a powerful and unique story, and when given a safe and trusting relationship, it results in growth. As a psychotherapist, she uses Psychodynamic/Attachment Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to best support her clients through grieving, healing and understanding.

My Approach

Throughout my life I had the opportunity to live in several countries where the exposure to varying cultures has shaped me to be adaptable, sensitive, and understanding of people’s differences. Although every culture has its own unique set of values and beliefs, I learned that one thing stands true regardless of our differences– genuine and safe relationships have the power to elicit the greatest changes within us. I hope to provide care that is genuine and safe to my clients as they take steps towards uncovering, healing, and growing. It would be my honor to be able to witness your growth and support you along the way!
