Biography

Sharon works with children, teens, and adults of all ages. She specializes in working with those suffering from family/ life transitions, and intergenerational trauma. She is passionate about helping second-generation Asian Americans seek therapy to educate and empower future generations. Sharon utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy with her clients.

My Approach

I value creating a safe place for each individual to share your story by giving a voice to your pain. I believe that we are uniquely made and my desire for every individual is that you feel seen and cultivate purposeful change in your life through deeper self-awareness. My hope is that we can journey along together to help you uncover your true self and experience healing.
