My Approach

I believe the journey to healing starts with being fully known and accepted for who we are. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to feel invited, understood, and cared for with whatever you may be bringing to our work together. I help you to increase your awareness and to make connections between what has shaped you in the past, and who you are today. Together, we will explore what prevents you from flourishing as your true self. My therapeutic approach is individualized and culturally sensitive, based on what you may need and the unique stories you bring. I desire to walk alongside you in discovering more of your true self, empowering you to make the meaningful changes you long for in your life and relationships.
