My Approach
Therapy is an intentional and meaningful work through life challenges. My approach to therapy reinforces self compassion, collaboration, support to meet goals and my style is both warm and realistic. I provide mindfulness based interventions and practices, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression/anxiety; and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to understand your relationship with others.
Therapy can feel scary and I completely get it. This is your chance to make the change you always needed. I look forward to walking alongside you as you take this time to discover a new path and redefine this season of your life.
