My Approach

I am brave. I personally use this statement to validate myself and the work that I do with my clients. It takes an immense amount of risk to lean into the things that are uncomfortable and seemingly avoidable, but I also know that the only path to healing is through it. So I encourage you to step into who you are already are, and stay brave through this journey. It is powerful, life-altering, AND takes courage that I already know you have.

"Dr. Cho is a highly effective therapist who is compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental. Not only is she insightful and intuitive, but she provides you with functional tools to help you work through whatever troubles you may have.

Earlier this year, my girlfriend and I got back together after a break-up, and we immediately jumped into weekly sessions with Dr. Cho. Six months later, my girlfriend is now my fiancé, and we are in a healthy, stable, and loving relationship for the first time in both of our lives.

We would have had a very difficult time reaching this milestone if not for the care and guidance of Dr. Cho."

"Dr. Cho was a Godsend for me during a difficult quarter life crisis, as I call it. I was suffering from acute depression and did not want to take medications, rather I wanted to face my problems head on. I learned how to understand myself and decipher why I felt the way I did, in order to better handle the stresses and anxieties of life. She also helped me cope with what had already happened in the past.

I was really lucky to find her randomly on a website, Psychology Today, and I just felt she would be a good fit for me. I didn't want to attempt to find someone mediocre through my health insurance.

I saw Dr. Cho regularly for one year, seeing her more frequently in the beginning to deal with my acute crisis and then twice a month thereafter. We incorporated spirituality in our sessions and it was a nice touch. I can definitely say that I am much happier now, and can't imagine what my life would have been like without Dr. Cho's guidance. I will be forever grateful and know that I have someone I can trust to guide me professionally and spiritually.

Thank you, Dr. Cho!"
