My Approach

I approach psychotherapy from relational, process, and psychodynamic orientations. The client's self-growth, insights, and self-compassion are nurtured and empowered in the sessions. I work with adolescents and adults and am specialized in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, childhood trauma, and identity transitions.

Testimonial

Education

I obtained a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Iowa. I completed my internship and clinical post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Counseling and Psychological Services.
