Biography

Vena grew up in Atlanta and then spent time traveling the world and living abroad before coming back home and earning her MSW. Aside from psychotherapy, Vena loves yoga, spending time in nature and teaching mindfulness meditation through her YouTube channel.

My Approach

I work with a variety of people, all facing different challenges. I am here to support and you as you continue to explore your passions and curiosities. I can also be helpful by gently challenging you as you continue to discover new aspects of yourself and your life. The one common thread that all of my clients share is that they are all motivated for change in order to reach their highest, and most fulfilled, potential.
