Biography

She was born and grew up in Korea until she came to the United States in her 20’s. Her life experiences, both personal and professional, have greatly contributed to who she is today. She has been trusted with three beautiful children to teach, laugh with, love and learn from. Her blessings and struggles as a wife, a mother of three, a daughter, and a therapist have enabled her to genuinely empathize and desire to help others overcome their difficulties and discover a more positive way.

My Approach

My therapy approach is to assist you in identifying and clarifying your core values, decision-making, attitude, self-direction, and lifestyle, and helping you work toward changing them if necessary. Recovery is not just getting better but also achieving a fulfilling and satisfying life. I am there to encourage, support, and guide the therapeutic process. I understand the importance of the relationship between therapist and client, and I strive to create a safe and trusting space for you to open up, explore, and learn new skills.
