Heidi is an associate licensed marriage and family therapist, offering treatment for depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, racial and cultural issues, marital and familial issues. I believe therapy should provide a safe space for you to freely explore your difficult emotions and hardships in life while receiving unconditional support from your therapist. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space for you to attend to yourself and your relationships in ways you haven't been able to before.
