My Approach
I believe that therapy is a space for individuals to feel seen and welcomed. My honest, non-judgmental, and compassionate style helps me to create a safe and supportive environment for my patients. I utilize an integrative approach that challenges patients to take the risks needed to make changes. I help individuals learn to examine and question the stories they tell themselves. They will be encouraged to recognize their own strengths and find strategies to help them build new skills and experiences.
