My Approach

My work is focused on providing insight-oriented psychotherapy to identify and explore the origins of your problems. Many times our current struggles reflect broader, unresolved issues from our past. Together we will find a solution. I draw from both depth and evidence-based practices in transformative work. I further specialize in trauma work and psychodynamic therapy.
