Biography
Grace (she/her), a transracial adoptee and first-generation college student, believes everyone deserves a safe space to share and someone who will listen. She works with a diverse range of clients and issues but specializes in career, transitions, adoption, anxiety, depression, romantic obstacles, and trauma. Through tailored sessions, she helps clients answer the why, where, and when in order to understand their stories.
My Approach
I think a solid relationship between a client and a counselor is a core part of working together. In my sessions, I prioritize creating an open environment where I can hold the space for you to share and explore. Some of my most rewarding work has been with clients who are committed to the process, understand that progress is not a straight line, interested in learning more about themselves, and are motivated to build habits toward sustainable wellness. Our sessions will be evolving conversations that promote greater self-awareness and insight into your thoughts and behaviors.
