My Approach

My therapeutic style is warm and empathetic, and I endeavor to create a safe space for all my clients to openly explore whatever issues they may be facing. I work with clients in helping them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and learn skills to build a more authentic and healthier life. I also work with couples who are seeking to strengthen their relationship by improving communication, understanding, and intimacy. My hope is to help clients to find healing and increased empowerment wherever they are in their life journey.
