My Approach
I am grateful to be able to walk alongside those who desire healing and growth. I believe in the importance of addressing the whole self (mind, body, spirit, soul). I will listen for thoughts that cause harm/stress, discuss what pursuing peace would look like, address any need for better boundaries, help develop better self-awareness, teach better ways to cope and ultimately encourage my clients to HOPE.
