Biography

Catherine aims to work with teens and adults in bringing more intention and groundedness into their lives. Her specialties include anxiety, stress management, and trauma. She enjoys working on identity issues and insight building as well. Outside of work she enjoys taking walks with her sassy dog Roni, exploring nature, and cheering on the Portland Trailblazers.

My Approach

I believe that there is much healing that can naturally occur in safe relationships. I hope to provide a safe nonjudgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I provide talk therapy as well as EMDR for clients that are interested. I have a multicultural lens and aim to provide trauma-informed and culturally competent services to my clients.
