My Approach

I believe in empowering clients and using a variety of techniques and interventions to make their experiences meaningful. I believe our therapeutic relationship is vital as we journey together, and collaboratively work to explore your emotions and needs and move towards a hopeful and authentic life. The modalities most often used is attachment-based, emotions focused individual therapy (EFIT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
