My Approach
You can expect me to be personable, and approachable while being confident that I am keeping up with current research and treatment methods within professional counseling as my education and training blend both clinical and ministry worlds, merging psychology and theology together as needed. My approach draws insight from both Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT, or attachment theory) and Psychodynamic theories which emphasize relationship. This means that you can expect my interaction with you to be focused on your unique experience, in the here and now, and also explore deeper underlying issues.
