I believe that no two individuals are the same, therefore no two treatments approaches are the same. I pull from various treatment modality, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy, to collaboratively work with my clients to identify the best plan. The strength of the therapeutic relationship is critical.
