Biography

Audrey is a 1.5 gen Korean-American licensed marriage and family therapist in Texas that specializes in helping people process their unresolved childhood trauma, neglect, and/or abuse. Audrey is serving all of Texas and Indianapolis, IN, and its surrounding cities through virtual sessions.

My Approach

I'm human just like you. I've experienced trauma, battled with an inner critic that won't stop (still working on it, but it's gotten much better!), struggled to connect in relationships, and got tested on the endurance of my spirit through really really tough times. It is because I've felt deeply, been truly hurt, and have seen what came out of the deep suffering in myself and others that I love what I do. Being able to connect, witness, and hold space for other fellow humans and helping them to find healing through the resiliency and inner wisdom of their own spirit/humanness is a job that I feel privileged to be able to do. No matter what your background is, all I ask is for you to come as you are. I am honored to meet and witness you and your story, and I will always honor you - your full humanness.
