Biography

Dr. Kim worked as Family Interventionist Specialist for children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder at MHMR of Tarrant County, worked as Clinical Director of Dallas Sigma Counseling Services for two years, worked as Lead Trauma Therapist at the Youth Center of MHMR, and has been working as Director of NewLife Bridge Counseling, in Flower Mound, TX. He also works as Behavioral Health Trainer at Superior Health Plan.

My Approach

Clients will have a clear understanding of where they are emotionally, relationally, and spiritually, which lead them to work on specific goals in the working stage of counseling. Therapeutic interventions will include adjusting thought/behavior patterns (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to intensify their strengths to overcome crisis.
