Biography
Lillian was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and her dog. For self-care, she enjoys reading mystery thrillers and watching crime shows. Her passion is to raise mental health awareness to the Asian community.
My Approach
I understand that starting the process of counseling and also finding the right therapist can be daunting. I will do my best to answer any questions about the counseling process and work alongside you to reach your treatment goals. I use mostly Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and enjoy using expressive arts activities during our sessions.
