Biography

I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years and received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. In 2011, I received training as a spiritual director from the Center for Spiritual Development and Loyola Marymount University. After working in a variety of settings including child/adolescent outpatient clinics, Duke University, and Harvey Mudd College, I currently see individuals for counseling and spiritual direction in my private practice and I am involved in doing professional training for churches, lead retreats and provide mentoring and supervision for trainees.

My Approach

I provide individual and occasional couples therapy. I am also a spiritual director and can provide spiritual direction to individuals. I can also supervise interns and provide training to churches and conduct retreats and do consultation work with nonprofits.

You can read more about my belief in counseling and mental health here.
