Biography

Dr. Sonya Park is a licensed clinical psychologist who is deeply invested in the growth and healing of her clients. She understands the pains in life of feeling stuck, lost, unseen or feeling alone despite many efforts for change, and partners with her clients to find clarity, understanding, and healing. Having had the opportunity to work with many different clients (children to the elderly; university students to forensic psychiatric patients), Dr. Park recognizes how her clients’ experiences have shaped them to be who they are now and hold their current selves with compassion.

My Approach

While I provide a safe and empathic space, I appreciate my clients’ enormous courage and strength to take a risk and share their pains, and consider it a privilege to journey with my clients. I specialize in working with young adults to older adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, and spiritual concerns.
