Hi, I am a Psychotherapist focused on treating those who have the willingness to find changes in their life and helping them find new growth in careers and mental health. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, and addiction. If you have even the smallest heart to take the next step, I will support you in finding your new path to healing and life.
My Approach
I am a person-centered therapist who uses CBT, EMDR, and DBT as treatment methods. I believe everyone has the capability to heal themselves, but sometimes you need a bit of professional support to get you there. I specialize in finding that healing within you and coping skill that works only for you.
