Dr. Lee is a second-generation Korean American clinical psychologist that serves members of the APIDA community, particularly high-achieving adults in the tech, finance, and creative field (e.g., Google, Morgan Stanley, Netflix, etc...). My Approach
I provide a compassionate approach to help my clients cultivate a sense of mindfulness and acceptance of their own internal voice and relationship with themselves. I help tailor a client-centered way of treatment that can range from insight-focused processing to behavioral methods of changing unhealthy patterns. In addition, I provide short-term teletherapy with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
