Biography

Jane supports the AAPI community and is an advocate and educator from a biopsychosocial and multicultural perspective. Jane is passionate about building a therapeutic relationship with clients to foster positive and authentic personal growth, helping clients gain insight and empowerment for an integrated life. Before becoming a therapist, Jane was an IT corporate executive in multiple sectors. After more than 20 years, Jane decided to branch out and pursue her passion for mental and emotional wellness.


My Approach

Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest one needs a little bit of grace and support to face life’s challenges. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck about where you are in life, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow. I am a trauma-informed therapist who uses an integrative technique drawing from client-centered, narrative, attachment, solution-focused and existential approaches.
