Biography
Linda works with teens and adults of all ages, and specializes in anxiety, trauma, and highly sensitive person/empath. She has extensive experience in working with Asian American individuals and families, immigrants, and refugees. Linda’s therapy style is integrative to each client’s needs. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and and Internal Family System (IFS).
My Approach
My therapy style is often described by my clients as non-judgmental and compassionate. I do not believe in one model fits all, and will work with you to create therapy sessions that fits needs and goals.
