Biography

Nina is a Korean-American AMFT based in Northern California who is passionate about assisting individuals, couples, and families cultivate a healthy relationship with self and others through curiosity, compassion, and care. Nina understands that looking within and doing the inner work is a great act of vulnerability and courage. Nina believes (and has witnessed in her own journey) when we are offered safety and belonging, we can heal and grow.

My Approach

I value offering a safe space where you can be honest and loving towards yourself. I honor your unique process, story, and experience, understanding that they are part of how you see your self and the world. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples by focusing on family of origin, attachment, grief and loss, and integration of faith and mental health. I am also passionate about helping people process and heal from spiritual and church abuse.
