My Approach

Are you someone who has endured the emotional scars of past trauma or many wounds from a narcissistic relationship? You might feel overwhelmed by self-doubt, anxiety, and the lingering effects of emotional manipulation.

I understand your needs revolve around reclaiming your sense of self, setting healthy boundaries, and finding peace amidst the chaos left behind. What’s needed is to heal deeply beyond intellectual processing and to rediscover your confidence and joy in life.

We will work with you to clear out the thick haze of persistent negative mood and anxiety so that your life can happen in the way you want.

I take symptoms as clues toward healing the root cause and work with you to create meaningful changes. Leveraging Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, and EMDR, we help you process old memories linked to perceptions & emotional patterns into your life wisdom. We also help you relieve old emotions and regain the joy of your life.
