My Approach

We all encounter pain and loss at various points throughout our lives and often times, they happen in the context of relationships. I believe that healing is also a relational process and I aim to provide new ways of learning to relate that help support the quality of life and relationship you hope to experience. I enjoy working with people who struggle with inner judgment and criticism and hope to help increase your capacity for compassion and self-love. I also hold an anti-oppression lens and am interested in exploring how socialization and various systems have shaped your thoughts and behaviors. My hope is that our work together will offer opportunities to experience deeper healing and a greater sense of freedom and agency in your life and relationships.
