My Approach
Being trained as both a counselor and an art therapist enables me to collaborate with you to create a unique approach suited to you and your needs. Sometimes it is difficult to put our experiences and feelings into words and it is helpful to have other tools and approaches to complement traditional talk therapy. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed. I trust that you are the expert on you, but we all need help from time to time. I am here to walk with you and support you along the way.
