Biography

Christy Lee is a licensed psychotherapist who works with individuals of all ages in the Greater Nashville area. She prioritizes trauma-informed care within her practice and uses a multi-theoretical approach to help individuals safely process their past and current difficult life experiences. Her mission is to empower individuals to ultimately restore healthy connections with self and others.

My Approach

I value evidence-based practices and draw upon concrete tools and techniques from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy. I believe strongly in the resilience of the human being, and I hope to provide you with a safe, supportive environment to address your concerns.
