Biography

Brian understands how difficult and scary it can be to make that first significant step towards change. Therefore, he strives to create a safe and trustworthy environment to help clients uncover their true inner potential. Together, we can find innovative ways to manage stress and challenges throughout your journey.

My Approach

"I practice CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Technique) and SFT (Solution-Focused Therapy), with an emphasis on mindfulness and wellness. My specializations include trauma, men’s issues, anger management, Asian Americans, cultural dissonance, career issues, and interracial relationships.
