Biography

Lynda is a Korean-American born and raised in the United States. She has spent several years living in Korea before attending undergraduate and graduate school in the US. She initially worked in the field of education research before deciding that she had a passion for working directly with individuals and families in support of better mental health practices.

My Approach

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I value establishing a safe and open counseling environment for clients to feel heard and accepted. I utilize an integrative approach in therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral and solution-focused strategies to empower clients and collaborate in overcoming challenges.
