Biography

Dr. Takhyun Cho has 9 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to children, youth, young adults, adults, seniors, and their families in a variety of capacities and settings including non-profit, community health clinic, faith-based, school-based, and inpatient. He hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Ph.D Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Loyola University Maryland (CACREP).

My Approach

My approach is embedded in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Gestalt Theory. My areas of expertise are working with children, teens, adults, seniors with behavioral and emotional issues, anger management, and clinical supervision.
